How do I know Belamya will work for my dog?
The harness works on a reflex, not on training: with the lead clipped at the front, pulling turns the dog back towards you instead of moving them forward. It works on a dog that pulls out of excitement as well as on one that pulls out of habit. You have 60 days to check it on your own walks.
How do I pick the right size?
With a soft tape measure, around the chest, just behind the front legs. The size guide on the product page gives the exact range for each size. If you get it wrong, we exchange it.
Is it hard to put on?
Over the head, buckle the side, and you are out. You set it once, two fingers under the strap, and it stays.
Can the harness rub my dog?
The straps are padded and sit above the armpit, and nothing presses on the neck. That is exactly what changes against a collar, where a dog that pulls is pulling with their windpipe.
Is the name patch really included?
Yes, two patches embroidered with your dog's name come with the Signature Pack. You enter the name when you add to cart. Embroidery adds a few days before shipping.
What if the size is wrong?
Email us and we exchange it for the right size, no charge, and you keep the first one — no need to send it back. You also have 60 days to change your mind for any reason and get a refund, nothing to return either.
Shipping and warranty?
Shipping is free on every order and tracked: your order is shipped within 1 to 7 business days, then 4 to 7 business days in transit for most orders, a few days more when the pack is embroidered. You have 60 days to try it on walks, and the warranty against manufacturing defects is for life: a seam that gives or a buckle that breaks, we replace it.
