Privacy policy
This policy explains what we collect when you visit this store or place an order, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
What we collect
- Order information: name, shipping address, email, phone number if you give one, and what you bought. We need it to ship your order and to answer you.
- Payment information: handled by our payment processor. We never see or store your card number.
- Usage information: pages viewed, device and browser, approximate location from your IP address. Used to keep the store working and to measure our advertising.
Cookies and advertising
We use cookies to keep your cart and to measure advertising, including Meta (Facebook and Instagram) tools. You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser; the store still works, but your cart may not be kept.
Who we share it with
Only with the parties needed to fulfill your order: our ecommerce platform, our payment processor, our shipping partners, and our advertising and analytics providers. We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as required for accounting and warranty purposes. Everything else is kept only as long as it is useful.
California residents
If you live in California, the CCPA and CPRA give you the right to know what personal information we collect about you, to request its deletion, to request a copy of it, and to correct it. You also have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights.
We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA, so there is no opt-out to offer you.
To exercise any of these rights, email contact@belamya.fr. We answer within one business day and act within the legal time limit. We may need to confirm your identity, which we do using the email address on your order and nothing more.
European Union
If you are located in the European Union, the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and the French Data Protection Act (“loi Informatique et Libertés”) give you the rights described below.

What we collect:
- Order information: name, shipping and billing address, email, phone number, purchase history.
- Payment information: handled directly by our secure payment providers (Shopify Payments, PayPal). We never have access to your card number.
- Browsing information: cookies and trackers (pages viewed, device, traffic source), including for advertising (Meta pixel) and audience measurement purposes.
Why we process it, and on what legal basis:
- Processing and delivering your order (performance of a contract).
- Customer service and handling returns (performance of a contract).
- Marketing emails, if you consented to them (consent, you can unsubscribe at any time).
- Targeted advertising and audience measurement through cookies (consent).
- Fraud prevention (legitimate interest).
Who we share it with: Only with the providers needed to run the store: Shopify (store hosting), payment providers, carriers and delivery partners, and our email and advertising tools (Meta, Klaviyo). Some of these providers may be located outside the European Union; where that is the case, appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses) govern the transfer.
How long we keep it: Order data: 5 years (accounting, tax and warranty obligations). Marketing data: 3 years after your last contact with us. Cookies: 13 months maximum.
Your rights: Under the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, correct, erase, port, restrict, and object to the processing of your data. To exercise these rights, email contact@belamya.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (the French data protection authority, www.cnil.fr).
Children
This store is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
