1. Who we are
This site, belamya.com (the "Site"), is published by Belamya, a French sole trader (micro-entreprise), registered under SIREN 999 105 307 (SIRET 999 105 307 00030, R.C.S. Chambéry).

No VAT is charged, in line with the French micro-enterprise tax exemption.
2. Scope
These Terms apply to any order placed on belamya.com by a consumer residing in France, the United Kingdom, or the United States. Placing an order means full acceptance of these Terms.
3. Products
Products for sale are described as accurately as we can (features, photos, price). Photos are not contractually binding in the event of minor variations.
4. Price
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout, taxes included. No VAT is charged, in line with the French micro-enterprise tax exemption. The price that applies is the one shown when you confirm your order.
5. Order and payment
Payment is made online, in full, using the payment methods offered at checkout (card and the payment options shown). The order is only final once payment is confirmed. A confirmation email is sent to the customer.
6. Shipping and delivery
Shipping is free, with no minimum order. Your order is prepared and shipped as a single parcel, including any Signature Pack accessories; embroidered name patches add a few days to preparation. Delivery takes 4 to 9 business days after shipping, with a tracking number sent by email. These are estimates. If delivery takes more than 10 business days longer than expected, contact us and we'll find a solution (reshipping, a goodwill gesture, or a refund).
7. Our 60-day guarantee
On top of your legal rights, we offer a commercial guarantee: 60 days from delivery to try the harness and get a full refund if it's not right for you, no questions asked. A size exchange is also available. Full detail is in our refund policy (see the "Refund policy" link in the footer of this site), which we apply as written.
Guarantee against manufacturing defects: lifetime. Send us your order number and a photo and we'll replace the harness, return shipping on us. This is separate from the 60-day trial, which is about your satisfaction, not a defect.
8. Your legal rights
All our products come with the guarantees required by the law of your country of residence. If a product is faulty or not as described, return shipping is on us and you can choose between repair, replacement, or a refund, as required by that law. This commercial guarantee is in addition to those rights and does not replace them.

Data we collect is processed in accordance with our privacy policy, available on this site.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law. This does not remove any right you have under the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live. In the event of a dispute, we will look for an amicable solution before any legal action.
