Where we ship

We ship within France, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

Cost

Shipping is free, with no minimum order.

How long it takes

Orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1 to 7 business days. Delivery then takes 4 to 7 business days for most orders. Our carrier delivers in that window for about two orders out of three; roughly one in four arrives in 8 to 9 days, and about one in twelve takes 10 days or more. We would rather tell you that up front than promise a date we miss. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel ships.

Transit times are the carrier's, so they are estimates and not a guarantee. If your parcel has not arrived 12 business days after it shipped, email us and we will either resend it or refund you.
